We've reached the semi finals of the NBC National Heads up Championship 2025, our line up Andrew Robl vs Erik Seidel, on Table 2  Chris Moneymaker and Jonathan Duhamel.  Our Starting stack is 400K, starting blinds 2,000/4,000. 

Seidel again to join the semi finals, who won against Vanessa Selbst who could have won the game with a little more patience as she lost it in just three hands. Joining him is Andrew Robl defeating David Benyamine with a nut flush. There it is our semi finalists slot is complete. 

The game continues with our two set of players, Andrew Robl who accoridng to Phil Galfond is the most studious player, who spents his time studying poker hands, the math, but on the personal note even though he always shows off his poker face he is a fun person to be with. Erik Seidel who owns his spot in the poker hall of fame last year and still flowing this 2025 the luck as he earns 3.6 mil from poker just from the early months of this year. 

Final four from the hearts and Diamonds Bracket playing for the semi Finals are Andrew Roble vs David Benyamine and Vanessa Selbst vs Erik Seidel. 

Finally we have the name of the player joining Chris Moneymaker in the Round of 4 and that is Jonatahn Duhamel. He will be paired with Moneymaker  from the Clubs and Spades bracket. 

From the first table, Chris Moneymaker is moving on to the semi finals, hitting that flush on the river on his last game against David Oppenheim. Last table is Olivier Busquet vs Jonathan Duhamel… Whoever wins this table will join Chris Moneymaker in the Round of 4 semi finals. 

Our Round of 8 players competing for the quarter finals from the Hearts, Clubs, Spades and Diamond bracket match up plays will start the cards rolling. Our Line up Chris Moneymaker vs David Oppenheim, and Olivier Busquet vs Jonathan Duhamel. 

From the remaining two tables in this Hearts and Diamonds Bracket, Selbst will be joining Andrew Robl and David Benyamine into the Round 8, and lastly Erik Seidel advancing to the next round defeating Gordon. This is Seidel's second time in being as close as he could be in winning the Heads Up Championship. 

First player joining the Round of 8 from the Clubs and Spades Bracket is Andrew Robl, paired with James Bord on this round, following Robl is David Benyamine from the featured table played against Michael Mizrachi, Two tables left with Galfond vs Selbst and Phil Gordon vs Seidel. Two more slots available to complete our set of players in the Round of 8. 

For the conclusion of the Round of 16 from the Hearts and Diamonds bracket Andrew Robl vs James Bord, Phil Galfond vs Vanessa Selbst, Erik Seidel vs Phil Gordon, Michael Mizrachi vs David Benyamine. Four of these players will advance to the Round of 8 quarter finals. 

Third player from the Clubs and Spades bracket to move on the Round of 8 is David Oppenheim defeating Eugene Katchalov.  The last spot would go to Olivier Busqueat after that long game with Jason Mercier finally the first half of the Round 8 has no been complete. 

Chris Moneymaker defeats the legend of poker Doyle Brunson making him the first person to move on to the next round. 2nd person playing in the quarter finals is Jonathan Duhamel ending Ayaz Mahmood's run towards the final round.  We still have David Oppenheim vs Eugene Katchalov, Olivier Busquet vs Jason Mercier playing against each other for a spot in the quarter finals.
